Suzanne Rudd
Executive Director of the John 3:17 Ministry since December 2021, oversees all daily operations with a unique perspective shaped by her own triumph over addiction, allowing her to deeply empathize with the residents’ challenges. Under her leadership, the ministry has continued to grow, touching hundreds of lives with compassion and expertise, ensuring its continued impact and effective management.
Amy VanVoorhis
Assistant Director of the John 3:17 Ministry, brings a deeply personal and passionate perspective to her role, having graduated from the program herself after a determined journey to recovery that led her to purchase a one-way bus ticket from Kansas City. Her commitment to helping others find hope and new life in Christ, fueled by her own experience of redemption, ensures the ministry’s compassionate and impactful operation under her dedicated leadership.
Brandi Ford
A proud graduate of John 3:17 Ministry and currently serving as the fundraising coordinator. With a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Williams Baptist University, I channel my skills and passion into raising funds for our organization. My role is to ensure that we have the necessary resources to continue empowering women as they embark on their journeys of recovery and transformation. I am dedicated to supporting the mission and vision of John 3:17 Ministry by fostering relationships with donors and organizing fundraising events that bring our community together in support of healing and hope.
Tabatha Austin
As a graduate of John 3:17, I'm blessed to serve as a Behavioral Health Case Manager and a member of the Family Day Team. I've worked as a counseling intern providing theraputic modualities to assist residents through their healing journey. Additionally, I've acted as an advocate and liason to assist residents with aquiring public benefits. Furthermore, I help residents navigate their story to develop a healthy and positive narrative that encourges hope and healing. There is nothing better in life than watching Jesus raise the dead and I've been blessed to see it happen right in front of my eyes as a staff member at this ministry. Nothing that I have done could have happened without the relationship and redemption that I've developed through Jesus.
Madison Shelton
I graduated from John 3:17 Ministry in 2019. Today, I serve as the Music Coordinator and a facilitator at the ministry. My role allows me to blend my passion for music with my dedication to helping women break free from the chains of addiction. Music has been a vital part of my own healing, and I am committed to guiding others toward the same transformative power of faith and harmony. At John 3:17 Ministry, I am blessed to witness the incredible resilience and hope that flourish when we lift our voices together.
Nancy Tackett
Working behind the scenes, Nancy provides administrative support to help the ministry run efficiently and effectively. She has been able to bring more than 45 years of work experience to help develop processes, procedures, and provide training for staff members. Most of all she believes that healing is possible through Jesus, and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of this ministry.
Lauren Taylor
I graduated John 3:17 Ministry in March 2022. I am blessed to be serving the Lord as a healthcare coordinator for the ministry. In my role, I ensure that our community's health needs are met, providing support and care to the incredible women on their journey to recovery. Having walked a similar path, I understand the challenges they face and am committed to offering compassion, guidance, and encouragement.

Gabriella Gomez
I graduated John 3:17 Ministry April of 2022. I have trusted God to make a way for my future. I am grateful to serve as the Human Services Coordinator and a facilitator. In my role, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive support and resources to the women in our community, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed for their recovery journey. Having experienced the transformative power of redemption, I am passionate about helping other women find hope and healing.

Ashley Maloy Barker
A graduate and the Catering Coordinator at John 3:17 Ministry, I am devoted to supporting women facing addiction as a facilitator. My passion lies in guiding them on their journey toward recovery and transformation. In my position, I oversee our catering services, leveraging my 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Having navigated my own path through addiction, I possess the empathy and resilience needed to inspire hope and healing in others. I am fully committed to our mission of restoring lives through faith and love.

Amy Shipp
A graduate and facilitator at John 317 Ministry. I spent 36 years in addicition, but through God's grace, I've been delivered from a life of trauma, pain, and destructive choices. Today, I get to walk in freedom and help other women discover the same hope and healing that changed my life. What held me back has now become my greatest testimony.

I’m Sister Amy Jo a graduate of John 317 Ministry. I serve as a facilitator, house mom, and receptionist. I’m blessed to be part of a Christ-centered mission that helps women find healing, hope, and new beginnings through Jesus. I'm forever trying to get the love right!
Cassie Warwick
A graduate of John 3:17 Ministry, I currently serves as the maintenance coordinator and a cottage mom. In my role, I oversee the ministry's maintenance needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly to support our community. Additionally, I am dedicated to ministering to the incredible women coming out of addiction, offering guidance and support as they embark on their own journeys of healing and transformation.
Ashley Clark
A graduate, facilitator and House Mom at John 317 Ministry. After spending much of my life in addiction, I’ve experienced the power of transformation and now have the privilege of walking alongside other women on their recovery journey. It’s my joy to serve in a place where healing happens and hope is restored.
